    Welcome to SingleAP. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all our users. To support this, we have set out the following Terms and Conditions.

    These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including our website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or accessing our Service, you agree to follow these terms, as well as any future updates. These Terms explain the conditions under which you may use the SingleAP website at https://singleap.com (the “Site”), the SingleAP app (the “App”), and any products, services, or content offered through them. They also apply to any purchases made through our Site or App. Hereafter, we will refer to the Site, the App, and all related offerings as “SingleAP”.

        • The right to file a complaint with your local EU regulatory authority.
    2. HOW WE WILL CONTACT YOU

      We will contact you via the email address provided during account creation or through notifications sent to your device via the App, so please notify us promptly of any changes to your details.

    3. THESE TERMS OF USE
      • This document ('The Membership Terms and Conditions') sets out the relationship between you and SingleAP.
      • We may update these Terms from time to time, so check this page regularly for updates. or when you use SingleAP.
      • Comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, and regulatory requirements.
      • Use the latest version of the Website and/or App.
      • Review and comply with our Behaviour and Community Guidelines.
      • Take reasonable measures to protect the security of your login information.
      • These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
    4. YOUR MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS & RESPONSBILITIES

      By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms of Service and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

      • We operate as a private members club and will only accept membership applications from individuals who are single, widowed, divorced, or legally separated adults aged 18 or older. This is confirmed by providing your date of birth during the registration process along with Biometric Verification.
      • You are an individual (i.e., not anybody corporate, partnership or other business entity) at least 18 years old.
      • No children (under 18 years of age) are eligible to apply for such membership
      • Your membership is intended for your exclusive, personal use only. You are not permitted to authorise others to use your membership, nor may you assign or transfer your account to anyone else.
      • Access to SingleAP is limited to individual, personal, and non-commercial use.
      • You must not have ever been convicted of a hate crime, terrorism, or any violent or sexual criminal offense.
      • You must register as a member of SingleAP by creating an account (an “Account”).
      • Please be aware that your use of SingleAP is contingent upon your device meeting our minimum technical specifications and compatibility requirements as outlined by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable
      • You are not prohibited by law from using our Services.
      • You do not have more than one account on our Services; and
      • You have not been previously removed from our Services or those of our affiliates by us or our affiliates unless you have obtained our express written permission to create a new account.
      • You will not post on our service or transmit to other members or employees any material that is defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, racially or religiously offensive, sectarian, or illegal, nor any content that infringes or violates the rights of others, including but not limited to proprietary rights and privacy rights.
      • You will not include any personal contact information or hints related to personal contact information in your profile, including but not limited to email addresses, phone numbers, Facebook accounts, street addresses, full names, URLs, or any other communication methods.
      • You will not use any offensive anatomical or sexual references, nor will you use sexually suggestive or connotative language. You are also prohibited from posting any photos that include nudity or personal information.
      • You will not advertise to or solicit other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service.
      • You will not send chain letters, junk mail, or spam messages to other members of SingleAp
      • You will use our service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to reject any profile or photo that does not adhere to these guidelines
      • You will not create a new account after your account has been suspended or terminated unless you have received our explicit permission to do so.

      If you no longer meet these requirements at any time, your authorisation to access our Services or systems will be automatically revoked. You must immediately delete your account, and we reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services without notice and without refund.

    5. OUR RESPONSBILITIY
      • SingleAP reserve the right to suspend, modify, or delete any profile without prior notice if we determine that it is inappropriate, if the user is behaving inappropriately, if it violates the site’s Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct, or for any other safety and security reasons.
      • We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason and without explanation
      • We reserve the right to expel you immediately if your behaviour leads to a complaint that we consider serious and warranted. No refunds will be provided
      • You are responsible for deleting your profile after your membership expires, unless you opt to renew your membership and pay the applicable fees, or if you want your profile to remain visible on our service.
      • We reserve the right to change the services without prior notice
      • We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding abuse towards staff; any abusive behaviour directed at Site administrators will not be tolerated at any time.
      • We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries and uphold the rights of third parties to enforce laws, including those related to intellectual property and fraud. You expressly authorise us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement and other government agencies, including the police, when we believe it is necessary or appropriate in connection with any fraud, intellectual property infringement, or other activities that may be illegal or could expose us to legal liability.
      • We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service some features may depend on networks and connections that are beyond our control. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in the performance of, our obligations to you that results from events beyond our reasonable control.
      • We are not responsible for the behaviour of any member. We do not verify the statements made by our users and do not conduct or enforce criminal background checks on our members, nor do we investigate their backgrounds in any other way.
      • All identity verification processes are conducted using Passport or Driving License documents SingleAP cannot guarantee their accuracy or correctness.
      • We do not guarantee that SingleAP will be compatible with all hardware and software you may use. We also cannot guarantee that the Services will be always available or at any particular moment.
    6. USER ACCOUNT & SECURITY

      To access the Service, you must set up an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If you think your account may be compromised, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

      • You can create an Account through your email address.
      • You must be the exclusive owner and user of the email address you provide, as well as the mobile number you provide, and you must verify this ownership.
      • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Account, and you agree to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your Account.
      • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account on SingleAP. You agree not to share your Account login information with anyone and will inform us immediately of any unauthorised use of your Account.
      • You may not create more than one account or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
      • You are not permitted to create an Account for anyone else or to use a name that is not your own when setting up an Account.
      • Your account will be verified using our secure Passport/Driving License check.
      • You are responsible for the security of your username and password
      • We reserve the right to immediately suspend access to the Site and Services using your username and password if we believe there is, or may be, a security breach.
      • If we consider that there has been any misuse of the site, we reserve the right to suspend user access immediately.
      • You may delete your account at any time. After deletion, we may retain certain data as permitted or required by law.
      • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Such termination may occur without notice.
      • We reserve the right to verify the information of any member of SingleAP and require them to complete any security checks we implement.
      • If you forget or lose your password or username, you must contact us and may be required to complete any security checks we have in place.
    7. CONTENT
      • You are responsible for any content you upload or share on the Service, including but not limited to text, photos, or other materials ("User Content")
      • By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, distribute, and modify your content for the purpose of operating the Service.
      • We do not endorse or verify any User Content, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on content shared by other users.
      • You are solely responsible for all your User Content.
      • You are prohibited to upload or share content that could reasonably be regarded as offensive or as intended to harass, abuse, or cause psychological distress to another individual.
      • You are prohibited from encouraging or facilitating any activity that may cause harm to yourself or others, including, but not limited to, promoting self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, or violent extremism
      • You can remove your content by directly deleting it.
    8. OUR RIGHTS
      • SingleAP Trademark no. UK00004175276. You are not permitted to use any SingleAP material without our approval.
      • We own or hold the license for all intellectual property rights in SingleAP and the content published on it. These works are safeguarded by copyright laws and international treaties. All rights are reserved.
      • All content on this website—such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned by SingleAP and is safeguarded by UK intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any material from the site without obtaining prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may lead to legal consequences. All such rights are reserved.
      • You may note install, copy or use any Software. All title, copyrights and other intellectual property in this site belong to SingleAP and will remain our property at all times.
    9. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTION
      • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to pay any fees applicable to your use of paid services.
      • Payment are made via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or any other payment method available through SingleAP.
      • All Payment methods available through SingleAP made with credit or debit cards require authorisation from the respective card issuer. Your card will be charged when you place your order.
      • All Prices for SingleAP are set out on our App and Website.
      • Prices may change at any time.
      • Prices include VAT at the applicable rate.
      • When you purchase a Subscription, you authorise SingleAP to take recurring payments via your selected Payment Method.
      • If you purchase a Subscription, it will automatically renew, and you will be charged - until you cancel, or we terminate your access to use SingleAP.
      • If you do not cancel your Subscription on time, it will automatically renew at the full price specified at the time of purchase. By doing so, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the recurring payment amount without requiring further action from you.
      • You can cancel/pause your Subscription at any time. You will be charged for your Subscription period. The cancellation will take effect from the end of your Subscription period and you will not receive a refund for the subscription fee paid for that Subscription Period.
      • Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
      • Termination - We retain the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms and Conditions or exhibit any harmful or inappropriate behaviour. You can delete your account at any time by going to ‘My Profile’ > ‘My Account Settings’ then select ‘Delete Permanently’. You will still need to cancel any external purchases to avoid additional billing.
    10. BEHAVIOUR & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

      To maintain a safe community, we reserve the right to investigate complaints, report violations, and respond to user reports. We may take action, including warning, restricting, or removing users who are found to have breached SingleAP Behaviour and Community guidelines.

      • Respect other’s boundaries:
        • Honor personal boundaries and space.
        • No pressure for personal info, meet-ups, or uncomfortable activities.
        • If they're not interested or stop responding, let it go—no harassment or intimidation will be tolerated.
      • Be honest and authentic:
        • 10.2.1. Use recent and accurate photos of yourself.
        • 10.2.2. Be honest about your intentions—whether you're seeking a serious relationship, friendship, or something casual.
        • 10.2.3. Avoid misrepresenting your age, occupation, or other important details.
      • Communicate clearly and respectfully:
          • Start conversations with polite and thoughtful messages, avoiding overly aggressive or explicit comments.
          • Use appropriate language and avoid offensive, discriminatory, or derogatory remarks.
          • Listen actively and respond thoughtfully to what the other person says.
      • Maintain privacy and security:
        • Do not share personal information like your home address, financial details, or sensitive data too early.
        • Be cautious about sharing social media handles until you feel comfortable.
        • Report and block anyone who makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
      • Consent is key:
        • Ensure that all interactions, including conversations, photos, and in-person meetings, are consensual.
        • Never send unsolicited explicit messages or images.
        • Respect the other person's right to say no or change their mind at any time.
      • Be patient and polite:
        • Avoid spamming or sending multiple messages if someone doesn't respond right away.
        • Be patient with responses, as people have different schedules and commitments.
        • Handle rejection gracefully without taking it personally or retaliating.
      • Report suspicious behaviour:
        • If you encounter fake profiles, scammers, or individuals violating the app’s guidelines, it’s important to report them to the app's support team.
        • Trust your instincts; if something feels off, prioritise your safety and take the necessary steps to report the behaviour.
      • Plan safe meetups:
        • When meeting someone in person for the first time, choose a public place and inform a friend or family member of your plans.
        • Avoid sharing too much about your routine, address, or personal life until you feel safe.
        • Trust your instincts during the meetup; if you feel uncomfortable, it’s okay to leave.
      • Be kind and courteous:
        • Extend kindness and respect to others, mirroring the treatment you wish to receive.
        • Refrain from making judgments or assumptions based on superficial details.
        • Express gratitude for people's time and honesty, regardless of the outcome.

  • ADS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
    • SingleAP may display advertisements, promotions, or third-party content within the app. While we strive to partner with reputable advertisers and service providers, we do not control or endorse the products, services, or claims made in these ads or by third-party content providers.
    • By interacting with third-party content, including clicking on ads or accessing external websites or services, you acknowledge and agree that SingleAP is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of such content or for any transactions or interactions you may have with third parties.
    • We encourage users to exercise caution and review the terms, policies, and practices of any third party before engaging with their services or sharing personal information.
  • NO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS
    • SingleAP does not perform criminal background checks or screen users for past or current criminal activity. By using our platform, you agree that SingleAP is not responsible for verifying the character, conduct, or background of any individual you interact with.
    • We strongly encourage users to prioritise their safety and take precautions when engaging with others through the app. This includes meeting in public places, informing friends or family of your plans, and being cautious about sharing personal information.
    • If you encounter behaviour that is suspicious, threatening, or illegal, please report it to us immediately and, if necessary, contact local authorities. Your safety is important, and we are here to assist with any concerns.
  • PRIVACY AND DATA USE
    • Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
    • All data collection and use are compliant with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR.
  • VIRUSES
    • While we take reasonable measures to ensure that SingleAP is secure and free from harmful elements, we cannot guarantee that the app or its servers will be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
    • You are responsible for ensuring that your devices and software are protected with up-to-date antivirus and security measures when accessing or using our platform. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, malware, or other technologically harmful materials that may affect your device, data, or software due to your use of SingleAP or any linked websites.
    • We recommend exercising caution when downloading content or clicking on links provided within the app or by other users.
  • MODIFICATIONS
    • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
  • DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • SingleAP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress arising from your use of the app.
    • Service Availability: We strive to ensure that the Service is always available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
    • Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim any liability for the accuracy, reliability, or content of the Service.
    • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, SingleAP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
    • In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Service during the term of your account.
